Returns

Eligibility

  1. Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  2. Only stocked item are eligible for return and exchange.
  3. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  4. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fees.
  5. Custom or personalized items, including cut-to-length materials, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Exclusions

  • ALL SPECIAL ORDER items are not returnable or exchangeable
  • Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Process for Returning Items

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.
    • Ship the items to the return address provided.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. In-Store Returns:
    • Bring item(s) and proof of purchase to your nearest National Decking location.

Refunds

Conditions

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after returned items pass inspection.
  • Allow up to 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your account (timelines may vary depending on your financial institution).

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 30% may apply only for stocking items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 2 business days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after returned items pass inspection.
  • Allow up to 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your account.

We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice.
