- Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders that have not been prepared or scheduled for shipment may be canceled without penalty.
- Contact us as soon as possible at montreal@nationaldecking.com with your order number to request cancellation.
- Orders Already Shipped:
- If your order has been shipped, it may no longer be canceled. You may still initiate a return under our Return Policy and Products Damage or Defect Policy.
- Restocking fees for returns may apply.
Refund Process for Canceled Orders
- Approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business from the date of cancellation approval.

- Orders can only be canceled if the production process has not started.
- Once production begins, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
